Hikvision Establishes Europe Branch Office in Amsterdam

Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the leading supplier of digital video surveillance products, announced the establishment of its Europe Branch Office -- Hikvision Europe B.V. -- in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This branch will enable Hikvision to further cultivate the European security market with an eye on better serving and supporting European customers.

Dedicated technical teams will conduct product training and provide technical support to customers. The Europe maintenance center will also be located at the Branch Office to provide timely maintenance services. In addition, the warehouse will also enable Hikvision to deliver products within the shortest time in the European region.

Very shortly after establishment this office will provide sales, delivery and after-sales service covering all of Europe, both EU countries and non-EU countries.

Polo Cai, vice president of Hikvision, said: “With the new European branch being set up, we have the range and reach to provide more reliable, cost effective and proactive solutions for our customers, as well as to establish a more closely cooperation with local distributors and partners.”
