The BSIF supports new market places Companies to exhibit at Intersec, Dubai

Nine companies are receiving financial support to enable them to exhibit at this month’s Intersec, the International Security and Safety exhibition, held in Dubai 17–19 January. 

As the leading international meeting platform for the Middle East and Africa, covering security, safety and protection, the trade fair and conference plays a major role in reflecting the security and safety industry worldwide attracting over 17,200 visitors from 96 countries.

With its core purpose to support and represent suppliers, the BSIF is the safety industry trade body through which UK Trade and Industry financial support can be arranged. Last year numerous smaller companies benefited from the scheme and exhibited at overseas trade shows to develop their export sales and help them break into new market places. 
David Hall, Chairman of the BSIF explains: “One of the BSIF's core purposes is to support and represent suppliers and help improve safety and health in the work place by fulfilling a public service role to assist commercial organisations purchase appropriate safety equipment and services. It is therefore important for us to support suppliers in exporting their services to a wider audience and helping them to be represented in new market places.”
