Genie CCTV launches new installer friendly vandal resistant mini dome cameras

Genie CCTV has launched new IP67 rated vandal resistant varifocal mini domes to supersede its previous VRCD/VRDD range. The new VRD63 series is designed without compromise and are “installer friendly”. The new design boasts a 20mm UK conduit cable entry, improved gasket design with rubber seal to prevent water ingress, In-line cable connector for faster installation, an optional junction box (to hide UTP cables) and a wall bracket.

The VRD63 colour/mono cameras are all supplied with a 2.8~10mm DC AI varifocal lens (a choice of digital day/night, true day/night or Infra-red model) which have the capability to capture high quality colour images at 540 TV lines resolution at lighting levels as low as 0.002 lux sensitivity.

Additional features include digital noise reduction (DNR) technology, sens-up, privacy function, O.S.D. menu, built in UTP (true day/night models only),free technical support and a three-year warranty.
