Frontier Pitts

The Shallow Mounted Terra Blocker

The Terra Shallow Blocker was successfully crash tested to BSI PAS 68: 2007. To the amazement of the Security Consultants and Civil Engineers present, the Terra Shallow Blocker had been installed just 52 hours prior to testing.

The test was conducted to prove the arresting capability of a Frontier Pitts Terra Shallow Blocker when impacted with a 7500kg test vehicle at a speed of 80km/hour (50mph).

In accordance with PAS 68-69 2007 and the Department of State test standard SD-STD-2.01 Revision A, Certification Class K12, a lorry was used to act as the test vehicle.
