The South Korean company, Hanwha Techwin has expanded its ‘X’ camera range. These devices are built to be highly resistant to challenging environments and should endure exposure to chemicals and even acid corrosion.
These cameras have a variety of features including 150dB wide dynamic range technology and F0.94 motorised varifocal low lens lights. Other notable elements include H.265 compression and WiseStream II which is a compression technology controlling encoding and balancing creating bandwidth efficiency.
The first of the four is the Wisenet XNP-6320HS 2MP 32x network PTZ dome camera capable of directional zoom and control. The other three cameras all have vandal resistant capabilities combined with infrared facilities. These have varying camera quality and the Wisenet XNV-6080RS 2MP has the additional feature of a motorised varifocal lens.

Hwang Ph.D., Managing Director of Hanwha Techwin Europe said, “We have developed these new stainless-steel products in order to meet the needs of end-user clients who operate in difficult operating conditions”, and has commented that they can be used for “security, health and safety or production monitoring purposes.”
